Material: Appears to be a polyester/spandex blend. Fabric is soft with some stretch to it & is fully lined in either nylon or polyester with tulle crinoline attached to interior of hemline.
Condition: Excellent, only flaw to note is slight fraying of crinoline on interior which can easily be trimmed.
